Our class has done a lot of things since last time I told you what we have been doing. I will share with you the best bits.
A while ago, they Year 6 classes did a Easter egg hunt for Easter.
What you have to do is find the locations of all the clues. When you find the location of each clue, you get a letter. After you find all the 18 letters/clues, you must work out the sentence. My team ran out of time to find all the clues.
we still needed 6 more, so we had found 2 thirds, which isn't bad.
Other cool thing:
A group called the science van came to our school. They told us about matter and atoms. I thought it was quite interesting. I learnt that the three main states of matter were solid, liquid and gas. They did experiments including things like dry ice to tell us about what the three states of matter do.
Another cool thing:
We have started to do something called pixel art in our classroom.
It is when you put a load of colours in small squares to make a picture. Pixel art id quite fun. When it is finished, It will look something like this:
We have been doing a load of cool things in the past 2 weeks or so - I have enjoyed it heaps.
